 Tour Transport
We only employ safe careful drivers and use the most modern and comfortable air conditioned transport. We will provide transport dependent on your group size as follows:

We can either use multiple minibuses or a full sized passenger coach in a 24, 32 or 40 seat format. |
Please note during peak holiday periods we often need to contract vehicles to meet the high demand. Occasionally the make and model will be different from that described above but we do ensure all contracted vehicles offer the same comfort and safety level. |
Group
This is a privately escorted tour and will be arranged just for you and your group of friends, family members or work colleagues. You will not join others and will be provided with your own private vehicle, driver and tour guide. We can cater to groups of any size.
Guides
A Tourist Authority of Thailand licensed and English speaking guide will be provided. Other languages are available on request. we provide separate drivers and you guide will not be driving the vehicle.
Crossing to Burma
On this tour we can arrange a short crossing into Burma from the Thai town of Mae Sai. On the Burmese side there is a bustling border market where you can spend 30-45 minutes. For the Crossing you will require your passport and a Burmese visa which is available at the Burmese immigration post and can be obtained on the day (current price is 500 baht/person). Please note that if you do cross into Burma your current Thai visa will be cancelled. On crossing back to Thailand you will be stamped with a 15 day visa only. Please ensure that 15 days is enough to cover the rest of your holiday plans in Thailand.
Crossing to Laos
On this tour we can arrange a short crossing by boat across the Mekong to the small Laos settlement od Don Xao. In Don Xao there is a small tourist market where some Laos souvenirs and goods can be found. No visa or passport is required. However a small landing fee of 20 baht is usually collected by Laos authorities.

For our muslim guests halal meals can usually be arranged please notify us at the time of booking as we do usually need to make advance arrangements. |

We can arrange hotel accommodation for this tour or you are free to make your own arrangements. Just let us know on the booking form
Insurance
We provide accident insurance for this tour to cover medical bills up to a maximum amount of 100,000 baht.

Pick up and drop off
Free pick up and drop off is included to and from any Chiang Mai city hotel. As this is a privately escorted tour we can pick up and drop off at out of town resorts. There may be an extra charged levied for pick up and drop off at outlying establishments. We can notify you of any extra charges before we request any payments
