Overnight
Kanchanaburi

Day 2
We will pick you up at your Kanchanaburi hotel and commence our trip with the one and a half hour drive to Siam's old capital of Ayutthaya. Ayutthaya was said to have been one of the most beautiful cities in the world in its time and the heart of a thriving siamese Kingdom situated on the banks of the Chao Phraya. You will see some of the remains of over 400 stone temples and Buddhist statues. We will continue the journey north to the important historical town of Phitsanulok where we will visit Phitsanulok's most important temple: Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat (wat yai) and a small bronze Buddha image casting foundry where you will have the opportunity to witness skilled crafts persons working on the reproductions of Phra Buddha Chinnarat images and watch the casting process (closed mondays and tuesdays and public holidays). Our day will finish when we transfer you to your Phitsanulok hotel. We suggest spending the evening taking in the local night market

Day 3
We will pick you up from your Phitsanulok hotel and commence the drive to Sukhothai. Sukhothai was founded in the 13th century as the first truly independent Thai Kingdom we will take you around the ancient city of Sukhothai where you can see the magnificent remnants of temples and buddha statues within Sukhothai's historical Park. After Sukhothai we will move on to Si Satchanalai historical park.Si Satchanalai was an important city within the former Sukhothai kingdom and of the same time period again you will get to see the remains of temples and buddha statues that this less visited ancient city offers. Following Si Sanchanalai we will make our way towards Chiang Mai and transfer you to your chosen Chiang Mai hotel.

We only employ safe careful drivers and use the most modern and comfortable airconditioned transport. We will provide transport dependent on your group size as follows:

	Group size 1-2 persons: Modern air conditioned car Toyota Vios or similar.
	Group size 1-9 persons: Modern Toyota Commuter minibus - 9 passenger seat format
	Group size 10-12 persons: Modern Toyota Commuter minibus - 12 passenger seat format
	Group size 13 + persons: We can either use multiple minibuses or a full sized passenger coach in a 24, 32 or 40 seat format.
Please note during peak holiday periods we often need to contract vehicles to meet the high demand. Ocassionally the make and model will be different from that described above but we do ensure all contracted vehicles offer the same comfort and safety level.

Group
