Park covers an area of 1,005 square kilometers
s. The altitude of much of the park has given
rise to a unique flora and fauna which isn't
found in other parts of Thailand. As well as
stunning natural beauty the park is hope to
some very spectacular waterfalls. Many hill
tribe groups have made the national park their
home
Doi Inthanon is great to visit anytime of year
but the waterfalls are at their most spectacular
May through to November. December to February
is the best time to wild flowers and the best
bird watching is from November to March
