Our philosophy
Although at times we are busy we do our best to provide free information on any travel matters relating to travel in Thailand and the surrounding countries. Please feel free to drop by. Our staff are salaried and don''t get commission therefore they are not under pressure to sell you something and you will never feel pressured into buying from us. We will give you the information you require and let you make the decisions.
Our staff here at The Travel Hub have conducted, inspected or tried most treks and tours we sell. We will not contract poorly run companies and we aim to give you the best Chiang Mai has to offer. Unlike many other operators in this business we do know what we are talking about.
We always welcome feedback from your experience of using our service or using the services of one of our tour or trek partners. You can let us know your thoughts by e mail or we keep an open comments book on our front desk in the travel office, this is available for all our customers to read and it is there for both positive and negative comments although we are pleased to say comments written are of an overwhelmingly positive nature.
